Then it was the" Domino-effect"I saw it everywhere,Chris Brown,Ciara wore it in roca-wear ad's!.Then I was "struggling to make end's meet"and to en masse a counter-legal attack,I knew I needed money!.(keepnstitches36)And now(so-sik)from resources I've obtained help that I we'rent-aware existed for graphic-artist with no representation.Jay-z's marketing has major-backing"it is exact to mine the usage of the"R"and the color-scheme of the caps;as I drew them."The subtleties went out the window"of giving jay-z the benefit of the fact unbeknownst to him!.I feel he thinks he's entitled"to take it"Because I'm an unknown,I've thrived as an artist for 16-plus-year's!."I'm not backing-down"because he has money!.
Jay and his people at Roca-wear"blew-off"the email I sent 2005 speaking of my intent.They sent an auto-reply saying they'd look into it!."Well they were-forewarned".The twist of fate came this week ago last-saturday.Upon me again emailing my intent this time along with a copy of "the original-design"to the office's of Volunteer lawyer's for the Art's in Atlanta and the headquarter's in New York.I returned a call I got from the Atlanta office by an intern para-legal.Do you know she tried discouraging-me after asking me the year I created the logo which-legally I can't disclose!.
She said due to the year's passed "the statue's of limitation had expired!"."I'll make this clear",I will not "give-up" my fight due to a "supposed-technicality".(keepnstiches36)"So-sik"thank you for that and "the Exclusive".To all you "established-artist"you have the money to "thoroughly-check"if there's a logo,"signature-mark",content that is similar or exact to your's!."Take-time"to dot your "I's"and cross your "T's or this will happen to you!.
